Today (February 1, 2011), The Times-Picayune published a letter to the editor from CBNO’s President, Keith Twitchell. The letter said the Pilates studio on Magazine Street proves that the current system for citizen participation is not working and calls for a strong CPP. The letter says that this will change this summer when City Council adopts a CPP, and it encourages people to get involved in the City Planning Commission’s public process.
