The NOLA CPP Team has produced a series of research papers on Community Participation Programs throughout the country and on the proposed NOLA CPP. The purpose of these white papers are to describe the history and important aspects of the NOLA CPP Model and to provide information on the nationwide best practices that influenced the design of our Model.
