CPP Research Papers

The NOLA CPP Team has produced a series of research papers on Citizen Participation Programs throughout the country and on the proposed NOLA CPP. The purpose of these white papers are to describe the history and important aspects of the NOLA CPP Model and to provide information on the nationwide best practices that influenced the design of our Model. We hope that these research papers will provide useful information and will help inform everyone involved in City Planning Commission’s Neighborhood Participation Program review process. Please go to the links below to access the individual white papers.
